WLR3 Establishment
To become a WLR3 Communications Provider; Meritation Solutions will initially contract with your business under an establishment agreement, whereby our rules of engagement, processes, establishment fees and billing surcharges are confirmed.
Thereafter, we work closely with our client along a pathway to establishment, which will broadly include the following protocols:-
- Create a new legal trading entity
- Dunn and Bradstreet registration
- Vat registration
- Reseller Identification from Ofcom
- Digital Certificate authorisation
- Business plan to both Openreach and BT Wholesale
- Openreach Approved Website design and publication
- Establish Deposit levels with Openreach and BT Wholesale ( where appropriate)
- Bespoke Billing solution ( independent and compatible with any carrier or supplier )
- Appoint and establish Systems Integrator with Openreach approval
- Scope an acceptable Reselling/Marketing plan to the satisfaction of Openreach
- Formal contract between Meritation Solutions and the new trading entity
- Agree Terms and Conditions for Systems Integration
- Service level agreements for Billing Solution
- Negotiate competitive rates with BT Wholesale or preferred Carrier/Network
- Pre contract testing of systems, billing and provisioning
- Due diligence and clarification of internal auditing and accounts procedures
- Comprehensive training programme from Systems Integrator
- Converged launch of services provided by both Line Operator and Voice calls provider
Important note to BT Wholesale Customers:
BT accepts no liability for the consequences of a BT Wholesale customer contracting with Meritation to provide any services in connection with migration from WLR2 to WLR3. BT is not a party to such a contract and is not bound by it.
